Use this (static) widget on a hotspot Question Slide and the submit button will delete all wrong clicks. In Captivate 4 it will hide the TryAgain Caption after 1.5 seconds in Captivate 5 on the next click. No need for the clear button any longer and no need to click away the TryAgain Caption with a seperate click.
