Less syntax highlighter extension enables .less file syntax highlight & code hint in Dreamweaver. Dreamweaver will be able to recognize .less files like normal css after installing this extension.

with Windows as an OS this can easily be done with WinLess (winless.org)
This tool automatically compiles less files into valid css

Doesn't actually add syntax coloring for LESS. It just applies the CSS syntax to files with .less extension.
