The Agile Tracker is a free application that allows you to keep track of the time you spend performing tasks for a project.
If you use Agile Agenda as well, you can automatically sync your list of tasks with a project schedule and upload time sheet information to the AgileAgenda.com web services.

We've released a completely rewritten version of the Agile Tracker today that brings a huge amount of flexibility to the application.
