DestroyFlickr explores alternative methods for viewing and sharing Flickr content. Its user interface provides an environment that benefits photos rather than hindering them. With the ability to look at a photo on a dark, neutral background, you can view it without the interference of a brighter surrounding. By using workspaces and canvases, DestroyFlickr is able to retain a constant history of where you have navigated, offering the ability to revisit an area without the need to reload the entire page. DestroyFlickr takes advantage of features provided by the Adobe® AIR™ SDK that are unavailable to web-based RIAs. With the support of both drag and drop uploading and downloading, posting and saving photos is done in one easy motion. Now you can download the highest resolution version of a photo without having to see it first—just drag a thumbnail to the download menu and the download begins.

above installation link doesn't work (>o<)\
it opens up the black "installing" dialog, and almost looks like it's about to install (you catch a little glimpse of the empty progress bar), but within a split second the dialog window flashes & then displays an error (#2032):
"Sorry an error has occurred. The aplication could not be installed. Try installing again, if doesn't work, contact publisher, blah blah blah, etc etc."
I did try again- twice- but to no avail...
It looks super cool & very useful- so hopefully would you pleasy please fix this issue. Thank you so much...

This is one of the best Flickr interfaces ever! There are a few things missing (changing image privacy/security), and, annoyingly, the spacebar does not work if the shift key is held down (which I often do, sloppily, before or after a capital or certain punctuation). Other than that, there is no better way to access Flickr.

Fantastic application, I have been using for 5 minutes and it's much better than the review said in freshApps. It's fantastic to navigate Flickr this way, I think it's actually better than in the browser and faster and I use Firefox 3!

Jonnie,
when i first logged in wished to scroll my photos and i was looking for a "Next page" button for about 1 minute. I think it should be placed somewhere in the right bottom corner.
all in all. i like the app. thanks for your job.

One of the most fast, satisfying -- and gorgeous -- ways to browse your photos on Flickr.

love the idea of the app & on first launch it works great.
unfortunately though i cannot re-open the app after closing it, unless i reboot my pc.
any ideas as to what the issue may be?
DestroyTwitter works fine btw ;)
