NEWZDOG is a service which allows you to subscribe to a topic that interests you and receive notifications immediately a new article is published on the web that matches that topic. For example you could enter “global warming” in the search box and you would be notified using the NEWZDOG Adobe® AIR™ Application when a new article on that topic is published.

Realy liked the soccer part of it as a lifelong MU fan I found it awseome. I agree that searching the future is quite what it does but it is pretty instant. cheers

Are there really no AIR apps worth using? Twhirl is the only AIR app I've found that's decent enough to be usable on a regular basis. Does this have anything to do with the notion that upon entering the world of cross-platform apps one is now subject to the higher percentage of lowbrow creations that stem from "Windows-based" developers? Ee Gads!

very good app. don't do as i did and enter "recession" for your search term. its very depressing. Still that shows how good the app is and how bad the economy is!

Hi I liked this app however one really annoying thing is I can't see the url of the updates it sends you. That would be really useful even a simple "copy url to clipboard would do it"

very useful - I was receiving updates on "Global warning" within the 10 minutes! :) Seriously though i liked this one as I will use it for writing my blog. Hopefully I won't have to trawl around looking for stuff to blog about now I can just enter my blog topic and let this do the work.
