Description:
Simply choose three pre-made, but customizable, color palettes based on the type of event or whatever criteria you desire. Then customize up to four outfits by applying one of the palettes you have chosen. Hit "Save Snapshot" to create an image to email to everyone attending the event. Add notes about how to use the colors for accessories, etc.
Color palettes from Adobe's kuler site can be used.

Use Polyvore.com, it's WAY better and much more likely to attract enthusiasm and imagination for an event's suggested dress. Although it doesn't include a snapshot function, that's easily accomplished with a selective screenshot.
