John Derry
John Derry, named a Photoshop Painting Pioneer by Adobe, creates natural-media brush sets that leverage the Mixer Brush and Bristle Tips features of Photoshop CS5. Currently offered are John's Artists' Brushes and John's Dry Media. Each set includes John's Cloning Layer Action, which treats existing imagery—notably photographs—as wet oil paint. Using the nuances of John's brushes, imagery can be expressively interpreted into painted results. The brushes are equally at home painting from scratch.
