This is the highest quality resizing tool I've found. I am continually impressed with the sharp images I can produce using Blow Up.

I cannot say enough good things about this software. Recently I was able to produce a beautiful quality 45-inch canvas out of a jpeg file that had been cropped to less than half of its original size. (The client wanted a vertical image from an image that had been shot horizontally.) I cannot even believe how amazing this canvas turned out. I never would have been able to get those kind of results by using Photoshop alone.
