In this story, David Suzuki shares an interactive parable about our insatiable appetites, the fallacy of growth, and the things we can and cannot change. The video is layered with live data from Twitter, user-submitted text database calls, and animations on the fly to create a powerful interactive experience that illustrates the parable itself. Created with Creative Suite, Dreamweaver, Flash, Flash Remoting, Photoshop, and Soundbooth.
Why it was selected: This site is an excellent example of an immersive experience that is only possible when authored on the Adobe Flash Platform.
