Carlos Eduardo is one of the pioneer Flex + Ruby on Rails integration developers in Brazil. He is very active in the Ruby on Rails and Flex communities, routinely helping other developers and and authoring articles about Flex, Rails, FMS and many other things.

More than just sharing information, he also organizes online boot-camps on Flex + Ruby on Rails, evangelizing the marriage between this dynamic duo.

He is owner of e-Genial Soluções Inteligentes, a dynamic and focused company which provides solutions in the e-learning field and RIA development, leveraging products such as the Treina TOM (http://www.treinatom.com.br).
