Adobe has a comprehensive Code of Business Conduct which sets standards and expectations for employee behavior and conduct both at work and in the marketplace. It is based on our Core Principles and covers ethical principles such as conflicts of interest, legal risks such as insider trading and anti-bribery, and workplace standards, such as harassment and anti- retaliation standards. Adobe is also committed to engaging only with business partners and supplier vendors who share our commitment to integrity, and we have adopted a comprehensive Business Partner Code of Conduct, based on the United Nations Global Compact that details our expectations for all business partners.
