Canvas

The workspace around an existing image, within the image window. Layer data may lie outside of the canvas, but it will be clipped to the canvas when the image is flattened.

The original canvas size on the left is 178 pixels x 262 pixels. The canvas size on the right has been increased by 22 pixels and is now 200 pixels x 284 pixels.
