Photoshop import and export functions in Fireworks

Fireworks does a better job of importing and exporting Photoshop files than ever before. Fireworks CS3 offers native support for hierarchical layers, Photoshop Layer Effects, common blend modes, layer (bitmap) masks, and editable text. You can now design within Photoshop and then open your PSD file in Fireworks for additional web optimization, with more confidence than earlier versions of Fireworks allowed.
