About the author

George Jardine took his degree in commercial photography and worked as a professional photographer for 10 years. He has photographed food, fashion, architecture and sports, including work for the NFL and NBA, before "going digital." His work has appeared in Sports Illustrated, Better Homes and Gardens, Interior Design magazine, and many other national publications. George joined Adobe Systems in 1993. As Digital Video Evangelist, George taught seminars and workshops in Premiere, After Effects, and Photoshop. In 2002, he began work on the Shadowland project, which is now known as Adobe Photoshop Lightroom. George's current title is Pro Photography Evangelist.
