The Print Sharpening feature in Adobe® Photoshop® Lightroom™ adds sharpening to an image for a print. You need to sharpen your photo for a print unless you sharpened it first in the Develop module. I recommend against sharpening it there. This is sharpening just for output as a print and is not applied to the photo otherwise.
