Two professional photographers—and Adobe® Photoshop® Lightroom™ users—share their stories about how they got started with photography. Get inspired as they tell you what inspires them.
Born in Tokyo, Japan, Sarah's love of photography began as a child when she assisted her grandfather in his studio darkroom. From the beginning Sarah has understood the importance of new technology. She adopted a completely digital workflow in March of 2001 and has been shooting with a Sinar medium format digital format ever since. Sarah currently lives and works in New York City.
Sye Williams was born in the heart of the South, Atlanta, Georgia. At an early age he moved north to a small town that sat at the foot of the Appalachian Mountains. Some 10 years after his departure, this would be his source for inspiration. One photo editor once said “he trains his lens on the underbelly of American sub-cultures.” Sye is currently fighting out of Los Angeles.
