To complete these three lessons from Adobe Premiere Pro 2.0 Classroom in a Book, download the ZIP file for each lesson, create a folder on your hard drive named P Pro 2.0 CIB Assets, and then copy the contents of each ZIP file into that folder. Copy the P Pro 2.0 CIB Workspace.layout file to your My Documents\Adobe\Premiere Pro\2.0\Layouts folder.
