Copy, edit, delete, manage

To manage your files:

  1. On the Home page, choose Documents.
  2. Choose Edit in the upper right-hand corner.
  3. Tap one or more circles to the left of a PDF to select files.
  4. Choose one of the action icons in the top menu to do one of the following:

Creating folders

  1. From the documents menu, choose Edit.
  2. Choose the Create Folder icon.
  3. Enter a name.
  4. Choose Save.

Copying files

  1. From the documents menu, choose Edit.
  2. Tap a document to select it (a check mark appears).
  3. Choose the Copy icon.
  4. Confirm by tapping Duplicate selected document.
  5. Rename the file after the copy.

Moving files

Before moving a file, make sure you've already created the destination folder.

  1. From the documents menu, choose Edit.
  2. Tap a document to select it (a check mark appears).
  3. Choose the Move icon.
  4. Tap Move selected document.
  5. Tap on the destination folder.

Renaming files

  1. From the documents menu, choose Edit.
  2. Tap a document to select it.
  3. Choose the Rename icon.
  4. Tap a document to select it (a check mark appears).
  5. Enter a name.
  6. Choose Save.

Deleting files

  1. From the documents menu, choose Edit.
  2. Tap a document to select it (a check mark appears).
  3. Choose the Delete icon.
  1. On the Home page, choose Documents.
  2. Choose the Search field.
  3. Enter the search term and tap Enter or Go.
