Jody is a senior content and community lead at Adobe focusing on Flash Media Server and video delivery workflows. She started supporting Flash 3 at Macromedia. A year later, she moved to the documentation team to create the first ActionScript Language Reference. Since then, she has created help and learning content for Flash Player component frameworks, Flash Lite, Flash Media Server (configuration, client-side and server-side development, and C++ plug-in development), Adobe Connect (configuration, web services, and the Collaboration Builder SDK), LiveCycle, and various and sundry other projects.

When she's not in front of a computer, Jody plays and teaches music.
