Adobe Content Server Version 2.1 Patch Release 1 Release Notes Copyright © 2001 Adobe Systems Incorporated. All rights reserved. This document provides information for Adobe® Content Server(TM). -------- CONTENTS -------- Patch Description Supported Platforms Installation Adobe Content Server Customer Support Trademarks ----------------- PATCH DESCRIPTION ----------------- A report of a sale fulfilled by version 2.1 or later of Adobe Content Server uses the cover price in effect at the time the sale is fulfilled. In previous versions, such a report used the current cover price for all sales, even if a different cover price was in effect when some sales were fulfilled. A defect in version 2.1 may cause records of the cover price in effect at the time of fulfillment to be lost. A report of such a sale uses the current cover price, as in previous versions of Adobe Content Server. This patch release corrects the defect. It does not recover records of the cover price in effect at the time of fulfillment if these records have already been lost for some sales. You may be able to recover the lost data by restoring backups of the Adobe Content Server database. This patch release contains updated versions of two Adobe Content Server Active Server Pages: dbutil.asp setbookshipped.asp ------------------- SUPPORTED PLATFORMS ------------------- This patch release requires Adobe Content Server version 2.1 build 206 or earlier. Do not install this patch for any other version of Adobe Content Server. Adobe Content Server version 2.1 build 207 or later includes this patch.
