This Flash Lite sample MP3 player is a simple code sample that uses the new features of Flash Lite 2 to build a user interface and load media. The sample demonstrates the following features of Flash Lite 2:

• ActionScript 2.0 support
• Loading and parsing XML
• Dynamically building a user interface based on the XML
• Loading external MP3 files into the Flash Lite player

Requirements

File and Installation Information

To install the files, simply unzip the archive to your hard drive. You should be able to run the movie as is.

The ZIP contains:

• The project's main FLA (player.fla)
• A published SWF version of the FLA file (player.swf)
• Sample MP3 files to load
• The XML file that holds text information the FLA (playlist.xml)
