Verizon Wireless will also evaluate your application based on their content requirements. As a prerequisite, you will need to become an authenticated BREW Developer and pay for the cost of the NSTL testing and certification process.

Alternatively, you can sell your Flash Lite content such as animated, wallpapers, and mini-games, through Verizon Wireless' content catalog partners: ATOM Entertainment, Fun Mobility, and Smashing Content. Your content will not need to go through the NSTL certification process, and will be made available on Verizon Wireless "Get It Now" service under one of these partners’ catalog brands.
