My Family's Immigration History

This is the story of how my Dad came to America.

My dad came to America in 1982.He was the age of 32 when he came. His sister was the first one in the family to come to America.

The reason why my dad came to America was for a better life. In Haiti it was difficult for him to find work and there were lots of problems with fighting and violence. He decided to come to America so he could build a better life in a place where there were more opportunities and less fighting,

My dad loves the life in America more than in Haiti. My dad is happy with the decision.That's the story of how my dad came to America.
