The Adobe Digital Enterprise Platform (ADEP) brings together Adobe LiveCycle and CQ to help you rapidly build composite content solutions. ADEP is tightly integrated with Flash Builder and Flex to deliver engaging experiences across desktop, web and mobile environments.

 

ADEP is a web-scale, SOA-oriented platform that integrates with databases, content stores, applications, and more. You can build rich Internet applications, automate business processes and dynamically create interactive forms and documents, all within an integrated platform.

  3. Download any extras you may need

Reader Extensions Credential

If you are working with Reader Extensions capabilities within the Document Services, you will need the Reader Extensions Credential. This file allows you to use the Reader Extensions capability to easily activate functionality within Adobe Reader software (version 7 and later), enabling end users to save data locally, add and save annotations, apply digital signatures, dynamically embed data in a barcode, and integrate with web services for PDF forms and documents.

With Acrobat X Pro installed, the PDF Generator capability of ADEP enables you to automate the creation, assembly, distribution, and archival of PDF documents. Convert files to PDF Portfolios, support direct server-based PDF creation, or convert PDF files to a wide variety of formats.
