At the time of this writing, the current version of Flash Player is version 10.3. You can always download the latest version at adobe.com/go/getflashplayer or by clicking Flash Player installation badges like the one below:
Adobe ActionScript is the language that allows you to program functions that are displayed in Flash Player. At the time of this writing, the latest version of ActionScript is version 3. The current version of Flash Player supports both ActionScript 2 and ActionScript 3. Earlier versions of the player do not support all languages or all components.
