You create and manipulate your documents and files in Adobe Flash Professional using various user interface elements, such as panels, bars, and windows. Any arrangement of these elements is called a workspace.
The workspaces of the Adobe Creative Suite applications share a similar user interface design so that you can move between them easily. You can also adapt each application to the way you work by selecting from several preset workspaces or by creating your own.
To learn more about using the Flash workspace, watch the video titled Exploring the Flash interface and see the section titled Workspace overview in the Flash documentation.
