If you are having problems with your Adobe AIR application, contact the Publisher. There are two ways to find the Publisher of your application:
Close your application, reconnect to the Internet, and try to activate your application again.
If you are not online when you launch the AIR application for the first time after installing it, you will get an error. You must be online to launch the AIR application for the first time. Otherwise contact the Publisher of the AIR application.
You cannot move your purchased AIR application to another computer. However, we currently support multiple activations that will allow you to activate up to three copies of the same AIR application with a single purchase. Download and install the AIR application. Upon launch of the AIR application click, "I want to buy this application" even though you have already purchased it. Since you have purchased the application, after you log into the purchasing website, you will see a page with a message stating your license has been activated. The application will automatically activate using one of the remaining licenses.
Please follow the standard uninstall processes for your operating system (for example, Windows, Mac).
