NOTES

Leveraging the power of Adobe AIR, the Notes plug-in allows you to save any URL, page name, and text snippet for future reference. The local AIR database is persistent, meaning that you can view Notes even if you are offline. For convenience, you can import and export notes for sharing with colleagues or other computers you may have.

LIVE CHAT

This plug-in leverages the powerful Adobe Flash Collaboration Service that allows instant communication with Adobe LiveCycle experts from the Enterprise Technical Marketing team and Partner Support Solution Engineers. The goal of Live Chat is to provide rapid resolution to pre-sales issues and early development questions. Please note that this plug-in is only available to authorized partners or Adobe employees.

Adobe Forums provide an interactive online environment for vibrant discussion of Adobe LiveCycle and related topics, where Adobe users exchange questions, offer ideas and suggestions, and share tips and tricks. Forums are a great source for education and troubleshooting, and are an alternative to Adobe’s official customer support channels.
