Adobe RoboHelp 7 comes with two sample projects that were developed by John Daigle and Peter Grainge.
These projects were created to demonstrate some of the features in RoboHelp 7. This article describes how these features were used in the Customer Care sample project. It also covers the new interface and some best practices that you might want to adopt in your own work. A future article will cover the Clownfish School sample project.
The samples can be found by clicking the Open icon on the Starter page (see Figure 1).

The Starter page displays the Open Project dialog. Click the Samples icon and the required sample project can be opened (see Figure 2). It is, however, recommended that the samples are first backed up so that it is possible to revert to the projects as supplied, if unintended or unwanted changes are made. You can also download the English language version of the Customer Care project.
