Pods that you can doc, toolbars, menus, and keyboard shortcuts are all customizable and work the way you want. Easily copy/paste and edit across multiple topics in a tiled arrangement (see Figure 1). Then, save your workspace environment for different projects. Quickly remove the clutter of unused interface items to focus on the work at hand.
For example, when authoring, you may want fewer items showing, for a less cluttered view, whereas when you are doing a language translation or creating a table of contents, having several items open to be able to drag and drop elements from each is a more convenient workflow.

RoboHelp's strength has always been its ability to help the author keep track of the many assets in a given project. The author can see a "minimalist" view of HTML topics only, or toggle to a full-width rich information view that is parallel to the information found in the Windows Explorer (see Figure 2). RoboHelp 7 allows you to open up multiple topics in the Doc Pad and view each topic in either the Design Editor or HTML Editor. You can work on multiple topics without saving your work. You can copy and paste text from one topic to another or, even better, just select, drag and drop text that you want to copy.
