Here's how:
1. Click the Share tab and then click Online.

2. Select Upload video to YouTube. Adobe Premiere Elements 10 automatically applies Adobe Flash® presets for YouTube, which YouTube uses to broadcast videos. Because export settings are optimized for YouTube viewing, your movie won't have to be converted after you upload it. Click Next, log in to YouTube, and enter your movie title and description.
3. Adobe Premiere Elements first encodes, then uploads your video to YouTube. When the confirmation screen appears, you've just uploaded your video.
4. From the confirmation page, cut and paste the hyperlink to your video and send it to friends via email,or post it to your blog or social networking page.
