Healthcare
Adobe offers a range of medical plans for employees and eligible family members that include robust prescription drug coverage, Employee Assistance Programs, and much more. As an Adobe employee, you can also look forward to generous dental and vision plans.  

Beyond traditional health benefits, Adobe supports your health with on-site Wellness Centers (in Ottawa), quarterly health seminars, and fun wellness competitions, as well as a Wellness Incentive Dollar program, which provides a $360 CDN-per-year subsidy for wellness-related activities.

Time off
Taking time off for vacation and other personal needs is essential to your health and productivity. To help employees recharge, Adobe:

• Offers 20 days of vacation per calendar year
• Provides 5 days of sick time per calendar year
• Observes 12 paid holidays per calendar year
• Has 2 paid company breaks during the week of July 4 and between the Christmas and New Year's holidays
• Offers a sabbatical program allowing 4, 5, or 6 additional weeks of paid time off after 5, 10, or 15 years of regular continuous employment

Family
We support you and your family with additional benefits such as adoption fee assistance, 10 paid days off for paternity leave, as well as topping up pay for 17 weeks for maternity leave.

Pay and incentives
We take pride in sharing our success with exceptional employees who help us achieve our goals. We strive to offer market-competitive salaries, along with several bonus programs to reward employees when they demonstrate exceptional results.

Equity
Adobe currently maintains an Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) that enables eligible employees to share in the ownership of the company they help build by purchasing Adobe stock every six months at a price that is discounted from the fair market value with a look back.

Employees may also be eligible to receive certain Restricted Stock Unit (RSU) grants, which generally vest over a four-year period.

Retirement
Adobe's Registered Retirement Savings Plan (subject to CRA limits) offers a diversified lineup of investment options. Adobe matches 100% of the first 2% and 50% of the next 4% of eligible compensation that employees contribute.

Adobe's Life and AD&D insurance covers the cost of up to three times the employee's salary or $630,000 CDN. We also cover life insurance for employees' spouses for $10,000 CDN and eligible dependents for $5,000 CDN at no cost. 

Extra perks
Adobe offers a range of extras including Critical Illness insurance and competitive group rates for Home/Auto and Pet insurance. Plus, we offer significant discounts on Adobe software for personal use.
