Dan Bunker is a learning technologies specialist for a large group of UK schools and academies that straddle the public and private sectors. His role encompasses teacher training, resource development, and eLearning consultation. He is known for his dedicated support of teachers as they learn to use new technologies that can enhance their classroom practice. Over the last few years he has focused on designing programs around interactive whiteboards, learner response systems, and learning platforms. He works across schools at all levels, assisting in issues ranging from classroom practice for individual teachers to ICT strategy for the entire school.
Bunker has a wealth of teaching experience at the primary level, having served as both a deputy head teacher and a senior lecturer at a teacher-training institution. He gained valuable commercial experience as teaching and learning consultant for an international company that produces interactive whiteboards and learner response systems.
Bunker seeks to use Adobe software in creative ways. He has used Adobe® Flash® Professional for many years and has produced a wide range of student-centered interactive applications. He recognizes that tablet devices are becoming increasingly important, and he's exploring how to best leverage Adobe's offerings for tablets.
