Professional and educational biography

Linda, a Technology Training Specialist for Lincoln Public Schools, has been helping educators and students develop skills in digital photo editing, desktop publishing, multimedia, web development, word processing, database, spreadsheet, and Internet applications since 1987. She provides all levels of training in support of teacher productivity and curriculum integration. As an author, educator and trainer, Linda believes in more than just skill building--she emphasizes learning to use technology tools effectively in the classroom with training relevant to educators.

Linda specializes in teaching educators and students to use Adobe InDesign, Acrobat Professional, Photoshop Elements, Premiere Elements, and Adobe Contribute software. Her publications include the CLICKstep Teacher Training book series (FTC Publishing) with titles on InDesign, Acrobat Pro, Photoshop Elements, Microsoft Office for Macintosh and Windows, and Apple software.

As a workshop leader and speaker, Linda presents at numerous state, regional, and national conferences including NECC, TCEA, FETC, TIES, ITEC, METC, ILC and NETA. She is a past president of NETA, served as its Executive Director for many years, and was on its Board of Directors for 18 years. Linda holds a Master of Education degree in Instructional Technology and has been an Adobe Education Leader since early 2004.
