Adobe CLP Volume Licensing customers participating in the Student Licensing Option may now offer Student Licensing pricing for faculty and staff employees permanently. If your institution is currently enrolled in the Student Licensing Option in the United States or Canada and you would like to allow your employees to participate under your Student Option Schedule D Enrollment, we are extending permission to distribute student licensing software. Under the terms of the Adobe Education CLP Agreement and Student Licensing Addendum (Schedule D) ("Student Enrollment"), faculty and staff employees shall be included as "students" as referenced by the Student Enrollment. Faculty and staff may only purchase one (1) copy of the student licensing software, which is available for personal use only. Faculty and staff may not sell or distribute this product. All other terms and conditions of the Student Licensing Enrollment apply. You may consider this change to be part of your current Student Enrollment that will automatically take effect on March 15, 2008. No additional action is required on your part. Use of the permission granted will represent your acceptance of these conditions.
