Marta Dantas is an undergraduate instructor in design, technology, communications, and marketing for the IBMR — Laureate International Universities. She also coordinates postgraduate courses.
Dantas studied production engineering at Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro and earned a master’s degree in usability. She taught courses in engineering while pursuing her degree. She also holds postgraduate degrees in marketing and interior design, and a bachelor’s degree in industrial design.
Dantas is author of the book “Dominando o Google” and served as an editor and writer on design and technology for Publish Magazine.
In her spare time she is a print and digital media designer, and works as a consultant, web designer, graphic designer, and cover artist for major publishers in Rio de Janeiro.
The software that she relies on for professional work includes Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and Dreamweaver.
