Sarah K. Howard teaches educational technology at the University of Wollongong. Her students learn how to select and combine teaching strategies, pedagogy, and technology to support teaching practice and learning outcomes.
Sarah's current research explores teachers' practice and technology integration. She is currently the lead investigators on the 'Evaluation of the Digital Education Revolution in NSW' (2010 - 2012), contracted by the NSW Department of Education and Communities. She has partnered with Adobe on the "Integrating digital creation tasks in pre-service teachers’ conception of teaching and learning" project. Her current projects also include the "Conceptions of subject-area knowledge practices and technology integration in schools" project, which is funded by her faculty.
