Vorasuang Duangchinda is Director of the Office of Online Education at Thailand’s Sripatum University and a full time lecturer teaching courses in Business Computing and Innovation at the university. He is a frequent speaker at national conferences on the topic of Social Media in Education. The Ministry of Education awarded his university “National Best Practice in eLearning Management at Higher Education Level” in 2011 for its excellent performance in this area under his leadership.
Vorasuang is also an online lecturer for Thailand Cyber University (TCU), a project under the Office of the Higher Education Commission, Ministry of Education. He has a strong background in eLearning and is a Moodle-certified course creator. He has additional expertise in social media/networking and international relations that he applies to several national and international projects. He has served as an adviser in Communication in Teaching and Learning for the Energy Regulatory Commission of Thailand. He also coordinates Thailand Learning Community Builders.
His research interests include eLearning management, e-Learning quality assurance, and innovative technology for online education.
