This certification is a credential that validates entry-level skills needed to plan, design, build, and maintain effective communications by using different forms of digital media.

Developed and deployed by Certiport, each associate-level certification exam will correspond to a particular Adobe application used for digital communication. These are:

• Web Communication using Adobe® Dreamweaver®
• Rich Media Communication using Adobe Flash®
• Visual Communication using Adobe Photoshop®

Get certified — new certification license

Instructors and students can take these exams at a local testing center or on site. To find a testing center, visit the Certiport Center locator.

Academic institutions can now offer an unlimited number of ACA exams for any version of the software. With the ACA Classroom License, your institution can conduct unlimited online ACA testing in one classroom with up to 30 computers. For details, view the FAQ.

ACE exam discount for educators

Educators and students are eligible for 50% off the regular fee for the Adobe ACE exam. Register online to take advantage of this offer.

Once you have registered online, you will be sent an e-mail message that contains a unique voucher number that allows you to sign up for an ACE exam* at the educator discount by contacting one of the following testing companies.

* This offer does not apply to recertification exams.

ACE certification is a recognized worldwide standard for Adobe software expertise, so sign up now to take the exam (and don't forget to study).

Important: If you have already registered and need a new voucher number, you may reregister for a new number. Educators are allowed to register more than once. You do need a separate voucher number for each exam.
