Lukas Engqvist teaches media courses at IT Gymnastiet Sodertorn near Stockholm, Sweden. Engqvist encountered computer graphics in the late '80s when computer-generated vector graphics were composited with photographic images in the darkroom. He mastered the art of working with this technology and earned an enviable reputation as a print production expert. Orebro University invited him to lecture on the subject, and at the end of this classroom experience, he realized that he wanted to teach as a career. After retraining to become an educator, he left his job in print production and now focuses on teaching and inspiring others.
