Meredith Blache recently came on board as technical support to both Madison Middle School and West Seattle High School in Seattle, Washington. She also teaches digital photography classes at South Seattle Community College and has provided training for other organizations on many Adobe products.
For nine years, Blache was the director of a community-based technology center. She was also proud to have been involved with the Adobe Youth Voices projects. She holds her Bachelor's degree in Information Technology and a Post K–12 Teaching Certificate in CTE/OTE.
In addition, Blache runs her own photography business in which her passion for photography has been influenced by her parents, who are both professional photographers. Her interest in photography was reborn with the growth of digital photography and the impact of Adobe products.
Blache has been a part of the AEL program for over five years and has provided a varity of online tools for the Digital Kids Club website. She has conducted workshops at many conferences with her long-time running NECC workshop “Digital Photography, Creative Vision, and Image Editing” listed in the "Best of NECC" category.
Her most exciting life experience was when she took a six-month leave of absence and went to the U.S. Virgin Islands to help integrate technology into two schools.
