Paulette Roundtree is the robotics coordinator and also a multimedia instructor for Corsicana High School. She has taught Graphic Design and Illustration, Animation I and II, Video Game Design, Web Design, Robotics, and Automation and Computer Programming I and II. Her students learn Adobe Dreamweaver, Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and Flash Professional. She is also an adjunct professor at Navarro College in Corsicana in the Computer Science and Multimedia departments.
Roundtree earned a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Texas at Tyler. She also has a Master of Education degree in Curriculum and Instruction from UT Tyler and a second master’s in Computer Information Systems. She also hopes to earn a Ph.D. in Computer Information Systems.
She has been a member of the Texas Computer Education Association (TCEA) for nine years and has presented at the TCEA conference the past four years on Illustrator, InDesign, Dreamweaver, and integration in graphic design.
