Renaldo Lawrence develops and deploys interactive learning resources for staff, faculty, and students as an information and communications technology (ICT) advanced skills teacher and head of department. He also consults and trains across the United States and Europe on how to create and use digital media, web design, and eLearning applications in the classroom.
One of Lawrence's favorite projects is working with the Hounslow Community Centre, where he helps teachers develop interactive eLearning materials and works with disaffected students to increase their motivation and achievement through the use of personalized learning materials.
Lawrence is proud of the fact that the number of his ICT students earning grades of C or higher on the General Certificate of Secondary Education (GCSE) has improved from 28% to 97.5% in just five years.
