Sue Bell is a senior education specialist in innovation and learning technology with the Calgary Board of Education in Alberta, Canada. Her days are split between acting as the project lead directing the school district’s Adobe® Creative Suite® 6 and Digital School Collection software rollout, building and managing online professional learning opportunities for the school district, and supporting both professional learning and the development of promotional videos and print materials for the district's new Collaborative Online Resource Environment (CORE). She is also an active member of Alberta Education's Adobe Master Teacher Team (AMTT), which has been tasked with collaborating to support schools across the province in integrating Adobe Digital School Collection and CS6 Master Collection in their day-to-day teaching and learning. Bell has hosted Adobe Connect™ sessions for members of the AMTT on topics including considerations for systemwide implementation and assessment strategies and resources. She was also the featured speaker in a series of videos for the Calgary Board of Education on the impact of Canada’s new Copyright Modernization Act on teaching and learning in public education.

Bell ran her own photography business in parallel with her teaching role for seven years, before taking on the role of education specialist. During that time she worked extensively with both Adobe Photoshop® and Adobe Premiere® to create lasting memories for her clients. This past summer she took advantage of the school break to rekindle her love affair with photography and Photoshop while exploring the United States in an RV. She published a travel blog chronicling her adventures called The Cabin on Wheels, which was followed by thousands of viewers across Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, and even Russia.

Bell holds a bachelor's degree in education and a master's in educational technology from the University of Calgary. She has Adobe Certified Associate (ACA) status in Photoshop and Flash® Professional CS6 so far, and is eager to learn more.
