Ulrich Vormwald is a school principal currently assigned to the Ministry of Education, Hessen District. He has held various school leadership roles over the years. He managed the Internet service migration for all Hessen district education authorities. He also led efforts on behalf of the Institute of Quality Development to create an online questionnaire for school inspection and evaluation.
Vormwald has supported the development of a Hessen district eLearning group and has reached out to Adobe to foster cooperation in building a networked community of Adobe project schools. He trains teachers in Adobe® eLearning Suite software and is structuring ideas around a Media-net in Hessen. Vormwald is additionally working on the Virtual Learning project, designing and executing development programs with Adobe eLearning Suite for Hessen's vocational schools.
Vormwald draws leadership skills from his past professional experience in industry. He worked at developing learning systems for Nixdorf Computer AG and for Jaeger GmbH. He also served as a consultant to PreussenElektra, responsible for the preparation, creation, and evaluation of training development activities for power plant operating systems.
