Print specialist Eliana Stein is currently putting down roots in Madison, Wisconsin. Adobe® Muse™ software adds another web-design tool to Stein's creative kit, showing off her work with hover effects and browsable galleries. See the website ›
Stein's home page design uses a square grid layout to show off her best work. With the Site Properties dialog box in Adobe Muse, you can define a consistent sitewide grid with columns and gutters to help guide your design.
Hover over the thumbnails to see an example of a hover effect created with the States panel in Adobe Muse. Links also change color on hover with a link style created using the File > Site Properties command.
A menu on the left side plus links below the images make Stein's portfolio easy to browse.
Adobe Muse can dynamically generate menus from the pages contained in a site, or you can manually create a menu with whatever links you choose. You can also insert a link into any image or text on your site.
No matter how long or short your content is, Adobe Muse will create a page with a height that fits that content. Place objects in a designated footer area to have them always sit at the bottom of the page no matter how long it gets. Footer objects can be placed in master pages or directly onto a site page, giving you maximum flexibility as you build your site.
