Adobe® Muse™ software makes using a grid easy, with a number of properties available in the Site Properties dialog box to help you establish a structure for your design: numbers of columns, column widths, and gutter widths along with page width, margin, and padding properties.
Get creative with navigation menu states
Adobe Muse offers a selection of navigation menu widgets that allow you to focus on the fine details of your menu design rather than worrying about the links being right. The widgets can be automatically generated from your site structure, and each menu item has a selection of states to utilize.
Horace and Lydia's menu makes excellent use of both the mouse hover and active states. On hover, an icon representing the nav item appears, like a pizza slice or a cocktail. When you visit the page linked in a menu item, it turns green to indicate your current location within the site.
