Recognizing that our software solutions are used by the community for creative expression and social advocacy, Adobe provides donations of our latest version software to over 15,000 primary and secondary schools and qualified nonprofits each year. Adobe's Software Donation Program allows schools and nonprofits to request a maximum of four individually titled software products or one bundled software package per year. Donations are made to North American and international organizations.

Adobe's North American Software Donation Program is managed in partnership with Good360 and TechSoup. A processing and shipping fee will be charged for all software donations.

In the United States, K-12 schools and 501(c)(3) non-profit organizations are eligible to apply, In Canada, primary and secondary schools and qualified non-profit organizations and non-governmental organizations (NGOs).

As of June 1, 2006, Adobe's North American Software Donation Program is managed in partnership with TechSoup and the education and international software donation programs are managed in partnership with Good360.

Because Adobe has a limited amount of software to donate, priority is given to nonprofit organizations, schools, and programs that are most closely aligned with Adobe's corporate giving focus areas.

Applications are processed by our distribution partners, Good360 and TechSoup. All applicants will be notified by our distribution partners to confirm whether they have been selected to receive a donation within one month of submitting an application. Adobe offices are unable to process software donation applications.

Adobe reserves the right to the interpretation, application, and administration of the Software Donation Program.

Adobe's Nonprofit Software Training Program offers the staff of nonprofit organizations the technology training they need to better serve their client populations. Through the program, staff members receive Adobe software training for only a small administrative fee. Nonprofit organizations in the San Francisco Bay Area in California and Washington's Puget Sound area are eligible to apply.

Staff members for local nonprofit organizations with 501(c)(3) classification are eligible to participate in the Nonprofit Training Program. Those interested in training should already have general computer skills, including a general working knowledge of their operating system, as well as know how to open, print, save, and close files.

Adobe's programs do not provide funding or other support to private foundations, individuals, political organizations, religious organizations, or organizations demonstrating discriminatory practices.

Adobe works with nonprofit staff to offer courses that will most effectively enhance the organization's technology. Training focuses on the products that will have the greatest impact in increasing efficiency and promoting the organization, so that nonprofits can more successfully assist their service constituents.

In the San Francisco Bay Area of California, Adobe has partnered with CompassPoint Nonprofit Services to administer the Nonprofit Training Program. CompassPoint markets, registers, and hosts participants for the training classes at its offices. CompassPoint requires a small administrative fee to cover costs associated with the program. In the Puget Sound area of Washington, Adobe has partnered with NPower to administer the Nonprofit Training Program. NPower markets, registers, and hosts participants for the training classes at its offices. NPower requires a small administrative fee to cover costs associated with the program; Adobe underwrites the majority of the program expenses and subsidizes the regular administrative fee charged by NPower.
