Sessions by track
The MAX 2006 sessions are grouped into eight tracks, designed to help you locate the sessions most applicable to your job. The eight tracks are:
Adobe Collaboration Solutions
Adobe® Acrobat® and Adobe® Acrobat Connect® help ensure that knowledge workers can communicate and collaborate with confidence. This track focuses on Acrobat, with its extensive APIs, and Acrobat Connect, with its open APIs and powerful "SyncSWF" development environment to allow the creation of complex real-time collaborative applications with nothing more than existing development skills using Flash® technology.
Adobe LiveCycle Technologies
The Adobe® LiveCycle® family of J2EE-based enterprise software is an integral part of the overall engagement platform. LiveCycle enables organizations to create and deploy solutions to capture, process, and archive information. The LiveCycle track will provide an in depth overview of the platform and deep dives into specific components for process management, electronic forms, document security, and document generation. Several SDK's and interfaces will be examined in detail.
eLearning
Explore the eLearning track, with the latest e-learning trends and solutions from the leaders in the field. Industry experts representing key customers, partners, top developers, and Adobe product experts will share their knowledge of e-learning and help you choose and support the right path for success.
Mobile and Devices
Flash mobile solutions are creating a revolution in the development and delivery of rich content for mobile phones and consumer electronics devices. The Mobile and Devices track will help you understand the go-to-market opportunities and market dynamics for Flash Lite development. Sessions focus on technical and design challenges, tips and tricks, mobile authoring, and business opportunities.
Rich Internet Applications
This track focuses on techniques and technical challenges in building rich Internet applications with the Adobe Engagement Platform. Sessions cover products such as Adobe Flex, Flash, and Flash Media Server and address application architecture, rich interface design, and cross-product integration as well as basic and advanced development techniques.
Vertical Market Solutions

This track focuses on some of the most innovative solutions for key business challenges within various industries, including government, education, financial services, manufacturing, telecommunications, life sciences, and media and publishing. Web Design
The Web Design track offers a range of sessions for those interested in web, user interface, and game design and rich interactive content creation. There is a session for everyone, ranging from an introductory overview to advanced topics on Flash, Macromedia Dreamweaver® and Fireworks®, Adobe After Effects®, and web standards like CSS. Specialty sessions such as video encoding, large-scale streaming, web prototyping, and customer case studies make the "Web Design" track ideal for the MAX designer and developer attendee.

Designing and publishing diverse content to the web—Internet or intranet—is a central development problem for many organizations. Adobe is working toward evolving a complete and fully integrated set of tools to make the job easier than ever before.
