| Session Description: | Applications are successful when their intended audience finds them a pleasure to use, but some of the best intended development projects have failed because they were unintuitive and too difficult to learn. Learnable applications, on the other hand, make it easy for users to understand what they do and how they work. Integrating user help and documentation into an application helps achieve this by providing all necessary information to different user types. In this session you'll learn about how to design applications that are learnable, what help and documentation options work, and how to effectively integrate them. |
